She was very personable, funny, and professional.  She gave me good tips to maintain my bleached hair and offered to make adjustments if I needed them.  A week later, I visited her again to have my hair thinned more than it was before at no extra charge… I would highly recommend this shop because it is clean, friendly, modern, and reasonably priced.  I look forward to seeing Anna again in a few months to get my hair trimmed again.”
